Ryan McCarthy

Ryan has over a decade of experience bringing claims on behalf of and defending clients in county, state, and federal courts. He has handled various aspects of federal and state trials, along with mediations, appeals, depositions, and arbitrations. Ryan has represented individuals (including the ultra-wealthy), medical providers, insurance companies, cruise lines, financial institutions, and athletes in litigation. He has been featured in the media for high-profile matters. Ryan has appeared in courts across the state of Florida and maintains an active practice in Massachusetts.

Consistent with LaBovick Law Group’s core values, Ryan has a passion to serve and is active in the community. He “fights to win” for every client and approaches each matter with an “own it mentality,” aimed at delivering the best result possible.

Over the course of his career, Ryan has presented on numerous topics and authored articles. During law school, he interned with the Florida Panthers NHL Hockey Team and for Judge Carole Y. Taylor of the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
